We named this delicious coffee Ridgewood to honor the famous Montreal “S” shaped hill that we all challenge ourselves to climb during our morning rides at Le Club. This coffee offers notes of Fudge, nougat and with a nice round finale of cantaloupe that covers the entirety of the palate. We recommend it as an espresso bean, but it does an excellent job for filter coffee and other extractions.


This coffee, directly traded, was produced by Audon Ramirez, the elder of the Ramirez family, with whom Semilla Coffee, our main green importer, started collaborating in early 2019 in Honduras.
